Hello there mamas! Long time, no see! Oh, how I’ve missed you. I am officially back in the game after spending some time with our newest addition. Naomi was born in April and we are beyond thrilled to have her. I wanted to update you on where I’ve been and also share a coaching principle that I have been living by during this crazy time of my life.
As some of you know, I teach my clients about “seasons” of life, When you are thinking about how you want things to look, you can’t ignore your season. Think about the season before having kids and what your focus and goals looked like then. Now consider the season where you are now. These goals have to look different, right?
The concept of “seasons” provides us with important context that will help set you up to develop realistic expectations and allow you to feel success, balance and joy.
Fourth trimester (newborn) season is definitely a trying time. This season is about adjusting to your new life and role, about building routine, it’s about messy houses, never finishing anything, self-forgiveness, emotional rollercoasters, sleepless nights and basically just making sure everyone stays alive. Survival mode. If you have other kids like me, it’s all of this and so much more. When we are creating goals of a healthy life-balance, consideration of your season is absolutely imperative.
Having a 4yo, 2yo and newborn is quite an eventful time. But mamas, I see the light! I have officially survived the fourth trimester and am entering a new season of life. There is space now that I haven’t had since the baby was born and I am SO READY to get back into coaching. After drastically cutting back my hours to focus on caring for the three kiddos (and also not completely losing my damn mind), I want to build my practice again. Coaching mamas inspires me and replenishes me from the grind of parenting.
For this reason, I have decided to make an offer to those of you who have been interested in coaching but haven’t pulled the trigger. I want to motivate you to focus on yourself for once.
I want to support you in finding a healthy balance in your life and reclaiming your joy.
I am offering $100 off to five mamas for my four-session package. The normal cost is $499. This is your sign from the universe. It’s time.
Close your eyes and really imagine how you will feel when you have developed a more fulfilling balance. How will that affect your family?
